"I will definitely come back! They upgraded us to VIP best view. We had a leak in our AC vent, however they resolved it by sending maintenance to fix as soon as possible for it to be up and running again. This spot is close by tourist attractions by feet (shops, beach, etc.)! I will definitely be booking here again in the future. Thank you to the friendly and accommodating staffs for making my partner and I feel welcome."

"Surf shop in the hotel with multi-day rentals and lockers, near the beach is very convenient. Being at the far end of the strip, across from the Zoo helps with the noise and makes you feel less part of the concrete jungle that is Waikiki, but still close to businesses."

"I saw some specks of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and rust on some of the hardware. There was an orange discoloration on the bottom sheet that I only noticed when moving the top sheet; it made an outline on the outside of where the top sheet was laying It was nice and cool when I walked in the room, which was super nice after traveling all day"
