"Pros: Clean and spacious room with beautiful view. Room was comfortable for a family of four. Perfect walking distance to good food, shops, and across from the beach. We needed a late check out due to a sick child and the staff was very accommodating. We would come again. Cons: shower handle fell off when we tried to use it, but was attended to within 15 minutes, elevators take some time at peak times (there are four total for 30+ floors), pool is very small, and there is no room service (but lots within walking distance."

"Everything was amazing at this hotel!! Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the hotel doors not offer complimentary ocean front beach chairs you have to rent them at $40 per day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella additional chairs are $8. FYI parking is $60 a day or you can rent your car by the day at the hotel and park free. You really don't need a car. Most tours will pick you up and you can walk to most places. Uber/Lyft if you need it."

"Hotel was great, however the check in process was terrible. They hold the check in time exactly until the exact time. We arrived early obviously understanding the check in time expectations. However upon arriving 4 hours early and expressing we had a young g child. It feeling well and anything they could do to get us in even 20 min early would be greatly appreciated. However no accommodation not even an offer to charge for early check in nothing…. Then when I show up 2 min prior to check “official time” just to collect room key, I already completed the check in Process, I was told I could not collect them until the exact time…. really not accommodating and normally we go with the flow but sick child in tow I’d expect a little better service. Nothing major but even communication on why they can’t issues cards vs what 2 more minutes then we will help you."
