"Huge private villa with pool, outdoor living areas, outdoor bathroom and beautiful gardens. Staff incredible, food at breakfast and dinner was superb. You could choose to eat in the restaurant or your villa in the outdoor dining area. My jaw dropped when I saw what we had booked. Also, we had afternoon tea included which was lovely to eat by the pool."

"It was exceptional from start to finish. The property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was delicious with many choices every day. And upon check-out, they hold your bags, and you can use all the amenities, including an amazing private outdoor shower and changing room in their spa, before you get on a long flight. "Like a couple of other reviewers we cannot understand how this property has any positive feedback. The rooms are big which is great but the furniture and bedding are filthy. The shower is impossible to regulate and is either cold or extremely hot. There is a constant disgusting odour in the bathroom and on our first night we had to shift rooms at midnight due to tiny black bugs in the bed. Breakfast was average at best and we actually felt sorry for the staff who were nice and must have to make...

"Cats laying on the dining tables, while people were eating. No cold water in fridge. Expected to fill a plastic bottle with tepid water from a container at reception. The hotel’s decor although clean had seen better days. It was located in the middle of a busy dual carriageway with constant heavy traffic. There was no amenities near by. I checked out after one night and moved to a better hotel in a central location. "

"What a beautiful little oasis just a block away from the bustling street though we could not hear a sound We stayed here because it was close to the Subaru Harbor which is where we caught the ferry. "

"Our family loved our stay at this villa. The private pool, shaded by tropical plants was such a joy. Each bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom, one with an outdoor shower (private) that was amazing! Restaurants, shops, the beach, grocery store, coffee and massage places were all with 5-10 minute walk. I would stay here again."

"Arrived early to check in, room wasn’t ready. Went out for the day, was told we would be contacted when room was ready. Returned at 21:15, still no contact. Was escorted to our room to find out wasn’t the room I had booked ( first floor, instead of pool accessible). Informed reception, no rooms of that standard available, was upgraded to a private pool room, which was nice. The room itself was just ok, nothing special. Went into the bathroom to find a huge cockroach and a couple of geckos....

"If you want a ‘sit by the pool’ resort this is not your hotel, however if, like us, you want to be out all day and want a hotel that is clean in a good location to rest your head - this is perfect. Good location, clean rooms, lovely staff. A wee bit noisy. Fitness centre is small but functional with well maintained equipment. Good room service."

We especially loved the garden-view balconies, which provided a peaceful and relaxing space to unwind. A fantastic place to stay, and we would happily return."
