"The toilet is too low for older folks and people with bad knees, etc. We were told it was $11 to park when we got to the hotel (which I did not see when I booked the room), but was not told it was per night. That is extremely disappointing. Especially since there were not many parking spaces close to the entrance. I found out when I checked my bank account. That amount was not put on my receipt. I will look elsewhere to stay on a return trip."

"What an amazing staff! My sister and I felt pampered from our arrival to departure. When we missed breakfast, the staff went out of their way to make sure that we received a meal instead of suggesting that we find our meal elsewhere. Free round trip shuttle service was offered to points of interest in the city during the month of June. This really helped because we didn't have a car. The hotel offered a gym and a pool as amenities for guests. The rooms were spacious and inviting for a restful...

"Upon arrival everything looked ok and our room looked nice. We had been in the heat all day and just looking forward to getting showers and resting. Shower gel was completely empty, but front desk sent more quickly. Found several pubic hairs in the shower and hotel never acknowledged by message about that. "Clean room, stocked with beach and bath towels. Bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable allowing for a great night sleep. Bath had a personal jacuzzi tub. Their outdoor jacuzzi along with their spa robes felt like a luxurious experience at the spa. The wife and I bought a wine bottle, and their front desk provided the cork opener and glasses. Breakfast was a homier version of a hotel's continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and offered golf cart rides to the local beach."
