My husband has a service dog which the proper documentation was provided at check in a waiver was signed as well, the next morning the room phone rings asking what type of service did the dog provide, that shouldn’t matter what type of service she provided you was shown proof. "This property is very outdated, sheets and towels were very old , good think we had our own towels to use. I would not recommend to stay here. More like 1 strar motel, but pricy for this type."

"Very dirty and smelly. Very old bedding including old lumpy pillows and cover. No blanket. Outside area not maintained and just noisey with people walking around outside at 3 am. Licks on door broken."

"Hotel management told me that the TV service was not working and that the weather was the reason. After finding out that other customers had TV to watch, I found out that the module in the TV for my room was ripped out. He was very dishonest with me"
