"I spoke to the front desk stating there was mold on our window sill and to please remove it. 3 times I asked them and it was not completed. We also noticed on Sunday our sheets were ripped. I didn’t mention this as we were leaving the following day. This morning I spoke to the front desk regarding the mold and he said I need to request a refund from you. Please advise."

"I stayed here once before and loved it that’s why we came back but this time our room was placed under a family thsy was so loud and obnoxious it really ruined our stay. Not only did they keep us away from morning to night we had water leaking onto our bed and faces at 6 am. When we reported this to the hotel staff they told us there was nothing they could do because they had no rooms to move us to to and told us the family would be leaving in the morning we decided to tough it out but we stayed three more days and we noticed that most of the hotel had empty rooms so we prob could have moved but the family above us wad so loud it resllt ruined our stay. We went there for a romantic get away not to be woken up by kids ten times a day and have water dripping on us we won’t be back for this reason. We conduct even enjoy being out doors bc we were so tired from getting no sleep due to the noise. We didn’t feel comfortable at all and I mentioned this when we checked out and the woman pretty mchb said too bad. I’m sure it’s great to stay there w kids as a family but why I offer hotel rooms w jacuzzis which couples are obviously going to be intimate at. They also claim to be per friendly but apparently our room was the only one on the property like I said again there was like 29 empty rooms. Very very disappointed we waited all year to come stay here and next time we won’t water our money."
