"While the space is clean, the bed was nice, and the rooms are different from every other hotel you’ll stay in, we did have negative as well.
The tv in our room did not work. The fridge barely kept our drinks cold, every door in this hotel has to be literally shoved open, and they give you a maximum of 4 wristbands per room for swimming."

"Exactly what I was looking for--a value stay in a clean place where I felt safe. The bed was comfortable. Sheets were clean. Bathroom outdated (to be expected) but clean. "The staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We discovered shortly after arriving in our room that the bathroom door would not stay closed. On request, the staff quickly assigned us to another room, brought up our new keys and had maintenance investigating the bathroom door in our first room. Great service! We will stay again."

"The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. "

"I understand that this place was inexpensive , but it was nasty. It smelled bad and we got eaten up by bedbugs. We had to mop the floor ourselves. The bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to ask them to wash the blanket it smelled musty like human must. Worst place I have ever stayed and I was a flight attendant!"
