"Very modern, clean, efficient set-up with great location. You get the basics and arguably better than traditional brands as they have older buildings. Only thing I missed was in room safe and didn’t need one but hopefully reception had iron / hairdryer. Would use the brand again. "

"I was initially hesitant about staying at the Zedwell Capsule Hotel due to the size of the capsules themselves. However, I needn't have worried. The capsule was snug, safe and warm - exactly what I wanted for my two night stay in London. The location is unbeatable if you are wanting to explore the West End. All the staff I encounted were polite, courteous and helpful. The bathroom/shower area was clean and you never needed to wait/queue to use the facilities despite the hotel appearing to be very busy and full indeed. I will certainly be booking to go back for another stay."
