"Easy parking, friendly receptionist, She noted we came as a family and gave us interconnecting rooms without having to be asked, Extra Brownie points. The rooms were large and clean with excellent air conditioning. Good Continental breakfast at a reasonable price. The hotel is located in a good location and is reasonably priced. As a result I strongly recommend it."

"Hidden of the main road this is a high complex with separated hotel block with maybe 50? Rooms. Room was spotless, quiet and well equipped. Pub/Food. Separate building with extensive menu at reasonable prices. Good range of drinks. Outdoor seating area is hugh with plenty of space for kids to play All in all really good places👍👍"

"Staff were great, very professional, room was clean, breakfast was good - though I can only speak for getting there by 8am. No issue with facilities and location was also less than 20 minutes flat walk from the train station and slightly quieter than closer into the centre which was good. Some maintenance/decorating/new carpets etc would benefit the hotel, so that may be something to expect but didn't impact my stay at all. The lobby ceiling was impressively painted and the building does have some real character. I would certainly stay here again if I was back in Skegness."
