I unloaded my luggage and waited for someone. 15 minutes later a lady showed up up from the parking lot and apologized saying there was a big sale at Kohls she couldn’t miss. Next morning there was no coffee, only 8 pieces of sausage left and a little scrambled eggs. Been traveling for forty years with my job and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Your company is going down the tubes!"

"Drury is always our first choice, largely because of the evening food and amazing breakfast buffet. This time, because I had suffered a bad injury, I’m using a rolling walker to walk because I’m not released to fully bear weight. We were shocked and disappointed to find there was no ramp to the dining room - only steps. Also the bathroom door in our ADA room swung outwards but would close on its own as you enter the bathroom. This also was quite surprising and disappointing with requiring a walker to ambulate. This made getting into the bathroom a bit of a struggle. There was a hook-type device on the interior side of the bathroom door. With the door swinging closed as you enter, that device struck my right shoulder and/or my shoulder ran into it while the door was closing and left a bruise. :( I’m only 56 and I don’t bruise easily."

"There were bedbugs in the room I was in. I was there for one night. The microwave was not clean I had to do that myself to use it. There was stuff on the floor and walls and the pillows were crappy. I have bites now from the bugs. Don’t recommend"
