"Powder House is a delightful place to stay with endless opportunities for fun and exploration within a few miles. We loved our cabin! It was clean and cozy and the front porch was a lovely perk, as was the hammock! Our son got a lot of use out of the pool which was clean and heated. We loved our breakfast at the restaurant as well! 100% would come back!"

"the location of the hotel is great, very close to everything in Keystone. The hotel seem a little old but well maintain; very friendly staff. I will definitely consider staying here again next time visiting Mount Rushmore and surrounding are."

"The hotel is older but well maintained, it sits in a lot right on the corner of the "main drag" in Keystone. Its location does not lend itself to much of a view from the rooms with balconies but it does put you within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Biggest issue for me was the breakfast/dining area, it is way too small and not laid out well to move people in or out. I would suggest going when they first start serving, wait for the crowd to thin out, or just walk down the street elsewhere to eat."
