"The free breakfast was amazing. There were also free welcome beverage coupons when we arrived for the restaurant which was tops. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Literally right where the pedestrian border crossing begins. AC as excellent and able to keep room nice and cold despite it being June. Impeccably clean. Felt safe with plenty of police officers around. "
"The friendly staff were the only good part of this experience. The pool looked dirty, the rooms were unkept, and our AC broke, forcing a room change at midnight. It was an underwhelming stay for what we paid."
"Made room reservation at the Real INN in Mexicaly, went in to the counter to find out the hotel is closing for 1.5 months to finish renovating and their hotel name will also change. They rescheduled us to the Fiesta INN, a hotel that we used to stay many times in the past but now avoid it because the rooms are out of date with furniture, bed sheets and pillows stains. The bathroom shower wall was damaged, the walls in the Hotel were dirty, the elevator dirty and out of date. The buffet, used to be great but not the two days we eat there. Dry rubbery eggs, salty beans and so on. Once was our favorite stay but now avoid it."
"The rooms were clean but look different than what was advertised. The website makes the rooms look more luxurious. I was disappointed. Staff is wonderful just expected more."
