"I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one. We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go. The sheets on the beds were dirty. "A lovely two night stay at this great hotel so near to everything the only negative and this was my fault I asked for a high floor in this horrific heat which is what I got the only problem it was second floor do in the eaves of the building and it was extremely hot. That was the only negative but again that was my fault! Breakfast was good buffet style and then we ordered hot food from the menu. Staff were very helpful would definitely recommend if visiting Canterbury"
