"Pretty hotel. We had a wonderful stay in room 121. The suite had a beautiful 4 poster and the bathroom a huge roll top bath. We visited the spa and had an excellent breakfast. Lovely stay. Will return. "

"The room was clean and tidy and staff were friendly … we had a twin room which I shared with my daughter. She got into her bed before me but when I went to get into bed …there was no bottom sheet … just a mattress topper. I called reception and they did sent up 2 sheets … for me to make it up myself🤔 Apart from that .. stay was as expected."

"The rooms were ok, it’s run down and also most of the service places were shut! And at £20 per dog for one night it’s ridiculous- I paid almost as much as for the humans. No way it’s justifiable to charge that much for cleaning for one night/ we won’t be back "

"Nice clean room with plenty of tea & coffee making ingredients which could be replenishing at the hotel bar. Good selection of breakfast options and the hot items were cooked to order. "

"Stayed here with my son and we both really enjoyed our stay. Room was perfect. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Beds were Comfortable and the room had everything required to make our stay comfortable. "Excellent hotel right in the heart of the City, Q park 5 minutes walk. City Hall where we went for a concert a safe 5 minute walk. Staff very friendly, the ideal place to stay whilst in Sheffield. Very pleasant terrace for a drink"

"Clean and tidy. Night time staff not so sure of what they needed to do. For example, I paid for parking but they didn’t give us a ticket to display in the car which could have resulted in a fine for us. It was only after we asked that a ticket was produced. "
