"Getting in and out are easy, just use the code in their app. However I have booked the river view room specifically but I was given a room that is facing the street and to another building (North side), with a glimpse of the bridge at the last window.. I called the customer service number and they have swiftly changed me to the one that is actually facing the river (West side) and it was perfect. Beautiful view and very clean room. Elevator is available after you reach the 1st floor. Everything...

"The hotel is in an excellent location in the Old Town, and close to the Můstek subway stop. The room was quite spacious, very clean, and with very chic decor. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent. The AC does not really get as low as the temperature to which it is set, so I had to resort to sleeping with a window open to keep it cool enough. "The ambiance and location of the property was fantastic being only a 5min walk from the Castle, in a lovely quieter area with little supermarkets close by which was great for breakfast etc in the apartment. The apartment was stunning and is situated in a 500 year old building. It has a Museum (and tour) of the alchemist Kelly who used to live there. There is also a little bar with food and drinks which closes at 10pm. The hosts, Marie and Sofia were so helpful and friendly and left a bottle...
