Excellent stay!!

My family (with a baby, toddler, teenager and adults) , had a fantastic stay over Christmas at the Veranda resort in Hua-Hin - Cha Am. Excellent service and with a most beautiful location right at the beach. We had 2 suites by the pool and one room with a veranda and a stunning view over the ocean. We'll definitely come back!!

The staff made the stay enjoyable - courteous, professional, kind, attentive...everything. Breakfast (Western and Thai) were delicious. The room and facilities were clean, comfortable and breathtakingly serene. Since the hotel is in Cha-Am and not Hua Hin, finding a variety of foods (outside of hotel) would be a bit of a task for some. Overall, I love it here.

Top notch customer service. Staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you. Facility is beautiful. They also provide my elderly mother with a wheelchair. The staff also set up the bathroom with a shower chair and anti-slip mat. Definitely a handicapped friendly property. Breakfast is awesome with both Thai and western option. The Thai food station changes every day as well and it is cooked fresh for you.

Since my first visit, I’ve made sure to return every year, and now I finally have the chance to leave a proper review. This resort absolutely deserves five stars for so many reasons. As a professional chef, food is the first thing I look for, and Veranda has truly impressed me. In 2024, they earned a Michelin Recommendation (Michelin-Star Worthy), and I couldn’t be happier for them! The amazing team that has served me since day one has kept both the food and service consistently outstanding. The flavors are delicious, and their hospitality is undeniable—from the bellboys to the front desk, they’re a true powerhouse. Beyond the dining, the resort offers a comfortable, clean, and safe environment with a beautiful beachfront. Without a doubt, this is the place to stay in the Hua Hin/Cha Am area—not to be missed!

The place is extremely beautiful and has a good location. There is a relatively private beach which is clean and beautiful. Service is excellent. Check in is friendly and efficient. We had a problem with noise related to our villa. We complained promptly and the senior staff resolved the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. We were impressed with their dedication to making sure we would have a peaceful and happy stay. overall highly recommended.

Hotellet var en besvikelse Poolen var svin kall och få badade vi klagade på detta och fick svar att det är vinter tid i Thailand 🤔🤔varför tar ni då dit turister som vill komma o ha semester 😵‍💫 Maten var under all kretik och dyr så många gick till närliggande strand restauranger med mycket god hemma lagad mat som var mycken pris värd Solstolar fannas inte till alla så typiskt skulle alla stressa ut på morgonen för att få en stol och hälften av stolarna var så dåliga att man kunde inte ligga i dom 😡

Sehr ruhige und schöne Anlage,nettes Personal,leckeres Buffet mit riesiger Auswahl,direkt am Strand,guter Pool.Leider gibt es nur schlechte und wenige Strandliegen und,aber man kann am Strand gute Strandliegen für 100 Baht pro Tag mieten

Heerlijk hotel: service, dienstverlening, zwembad, eten, ontbijt: alles top! Westerse kaart, als je thaifood wilt, moet je er om vragen. Het aanbod van de SPA (massages en behandelingen) zijn heel duur en prijs/kwaliteit totaal uit balans. Locale massages (10 meter verder op het strand) zijn prima. Wifi is onbetrouwbaar, dus 4G nodig. Jammer van de waterscooters (buren) die vroeg starten…
