Best Service I Have Ever Received

Castle in the Sky Youth Hostel was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had! The employees made sure to go above and beyond every expectation to provide excellent service. Not only did they consistently make me and my group food, but they ordered us cars, drove us places in their own car, and gave us numerous travel tips. It was raining the day that we wanted to go hike around the mountains, and the hostel was selling ponchos for 10rmb each. When they realized that they did not have enough to sell to all of us in the group, the older woman working there ran out in the rain to a store and bought us all brand new ponchos, and did not even charge us for them! They made me feel so cared for and at home that I wish I could stay there again! Highly highly recommend!

Absolutely nice hostel.the owner of hostel is very hospitabie. It's a wonderful experience, the room is clean and ten minutes to the bus station.I would rtecommend to my friends 'll stay agian next time.
