"El Tumi must be the Fawlty Towers of Peru. Very friendly staff, and very little that really works. The toilet in my room would only flush if I had the hot wayer tap in the sink running. The cold water tap in the sink would only run if the cold water tap in the shower was running. I was only staying one night so I didn't complain but enjoyed the fun.
