The staff were amazing and friendly even though they couldn't speak English they're always willing to help and engage. One staff member was very accommodating and helped me on numerous occasions, her name being Elsa Zhang, she was very helpful and showed me around the place so I knew where to go. One of the staff picked us up on the day from the nearby attraction while it was raining and gave us a hot water bag to keep us warm.
