"Staff were very nice but the hotel's idea of accessible is not. First of all, not everything was checked to make sure it was working before new clients moved in. tv had to be reprogrammed. The bathroom is not what is considered accessible. For a shower one must step over wall of tub and sit on a flattened end of it. Disabilities usually mean a lack of ability to step over a wall, nor is sitting on a very low edge of a tub possible. And then, even the staff had trouble turning the water on!
No mention of any kind of compensation for this trouble.
I will not stay at a Best Western Plus again."
"We had a quick overnight stay. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was not worth the price. The parking was not ideal. It was too far away and difficult to walk up hill for older people."
"My son and I were in Boston for a concert, the location of the hotel was great!!! We loved the style of the hotel!! We very much enjoyed ourselves..
Wouldn't mind staying here again!!"
"Way overpriced! We booked through Expedia and the day we show up we find out they charge daily parking on top of room fees. Plus the only thing open more hours is the arcade and its very expensive. Each game charges a lot of credits so its very easy to go through a lot of money with 2 boys playing the games."
