The hotel and the room was clean from what I observed. The staff was friendly. The breakfast had good choices. The hot tub felt good on a chilly evening. I arrived in the evening and left in the morning. The only reason I gave a four star was because the mattress felt like it was definitely ready to be replaced.

The property itself and the rooms were very clean. The room conditions were much improved from past experiences from over a year ago. Kudos to the improvement efforts! Staff were very friendly. The location is very close (could walk) to several restaurant options as well as Anytime Fitness. The only complaints are: •It would be helpful if staff would let customers know there are no elevators to the 2nd floor (we spent 10 minutes looking for them). •The beds have very basic/cheap mattresses that are very hard and uncomfortable.

As a longtime fan of this hotel (about a dozen stays), everything was as expected: Front desk staffer Dillan was friendly, engaging & welcoming. My room was quiet & comfortable. The nearby restaurant Tattersall complemented my relaxing stay.

We checked in early which went well. Unfortunately the room was not cleaned very well! There was a smashd beer can by bed and a penny on floor in bathroom. The room was not vacuumed or cleaned very well ar all.
