The free bikes were a big plus, and their food list led us to some hidden local gems. It’s a bit far from the tourist spots, but perfect if you want to experience a calmer, more genuine side of Hue"

"I understand that things happen and there are extenuating circumstances, but this felt like a bait and switch, book me into a nicer hotel, then not have rooms in that hotel and place me in a worse one for same price. "This hotel while the room itself was just fine. The walls were thin and the host failed to give noise warnings to the extremely loud family next door. We were kept up the majority of the night. Hotel was fine but not worth the hassle of losing sleep"
