"Not enough towels, toilet paper and no hair dryer. For what I paid it wasn’t worth it but had no other choice since all the others were booked. Waited an hour for the room to be ready. No Kleenex either. The beds were comfortable but had to be careful they wouldn’t slide off the board. It could use some upgrading."

"Terrible check-in experience on May 2 at 3 PM. There was a long line, no organization, and it quickly became clear the hotel was overbooked with not enough rooms—even for guests with reservations.
People were crowding the counter and cutting the line, and there was no system in place to manage anything. One front desk employee (on his first day) was polite and trying, but management completely failed.
A staff member named “Betty,” who appeared to be in charge, was dismissive and patronizing—telling guests to “calm down” when people were simply asking valid questions. Even worse, she made inappropriate “jokes” about harming guests, which was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable.
She also admitted this had been happening for days, meaning the hotel knew about the issue and still chose to be unprepared.
Although I did eventually get a room, the entire experience was chaotic and stressful. This is not acceptable for any hotel. I would not stay here again."
