"I've stayed at this hotel before, about ten years ago. This time, the experience was excellent. Check-in was easy even with a foreign passport. The rooms were large and very clean. The hotel has been renovated, and there are many children's facilities suitable for children up to junior high school level. The swimming pool is large, and the kids had a lot of fun. The only downside was that there were small cockroaches around the coffee machine in the restaurant. I didn't complain, but it completely ruined our family's appetite. Aside from that, everything was great."
"Clean room and very comfortable bed for a layover before catching connecting flight. Only provided shuttle to airport. Taxi ride from airport to the hotel with our bags cost us 300NT.
There is 2 convenience shop right opposite the hotel."
"The rooms were very clean and smelt very nice. We could see the planes at the airport. The sound proofing is quite good although I can still hear a little engine sounds at the dead of the night.
Overall super good hotel and right next to the train station."
"My wife and I stayed here for an overnight connection to the US. The hotel is near the Taoyuan International Airport by taxi. The lobby is large and open with a coffee bar, restaurant, and sitting areas. Our room is contemporary, clean, and in good working condition,. Every floor has as laundry room and hot/cold water dispenser. The breakfast buffet is spacious, bright, and clean with great selections including bacon, eggs, ham, various bread, oatmeal and cereals, sautéed vegetables, fried rice and noodles, congee bar, yogurt bar, fruit and salad bar, and a wide range of hot and cold drinks.
It is about 15 minutes from the airport. However, it may take longer during rush hours. The taxi fare is reasonable. 10 minutes walk from the hotel is the Tai Mall with many high end cosmetic and US branded stores. It has many dining options."
