"Service was 5 star, absolutely. They picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the airport - that was a very nice service. The reason I lowered the rating was the location - definitely a slightly sketchy area. Maybe all of Male is like this but I didn't feel overly comfortable about going outside. "So on arrival we were forced to stay next door to this hotel as its owned by the same owner.
On approach to the room:
- pile of hair with a cotton bud in it

HAD NOT BEEN CLEANED:
- Human hair all over floor
- dirt & dust in glasses (manager started using a dirty tissue to wipe it with - as im sure that would help)
- stains all over sheets & pillows. (Apparently its how they dry them on rusty apparatus)
