When our island hopping tour group unexpectedly didn’t show up, the team went above and beyond to make sure we didn’t miss out. They quickly found an alternative and arranged for us to join another tour so we could still experience the islands. Their care and effort truly made our stay unforgettable. We’re so grateful! "The wreck dives are great but my family didn’t like it as much. The diving team Tom, Iko and Shay are all great. They are very knowledgeable and personable. Service at the resort is impeccable. MJ, Naomi, Steph are great. They always accommodate our dietary restrictions at breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. The bar tenders are also great. It is a full bar but don’t expect to get high quality spirits. We had a villa on the beach with Air Conditioning. The A/C helps if you are in bed just below it but it is still very humid and hot in the rest of the room. The food is OK. Wifi is unreliable. You can get wifi only in the common areas (dining room, reception, dive centre) so the first beach villa near the dining room had some wifi."
