"O atendimento foi nota 1000, mas as acomodações ficaram longe do apresentado nas fotos. cheguei solicitar troca de quarto pois o quarto era tão pequeno que a pia não cabe no banheiro e fica ao lado da cama. a base do colchão tinha tamanhos diferentes, o que deixou a cama desnivelada, tornando o ato de dormir quase impossível e a geladeira enferrujada. "I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia . "
