"Our first stay at Jay Bay Zebra Lodge, recommended by my cousin, and wow—what an experience. It may be rated four-star, but in our opinion it deserves five. The accommodation was beautiful, the food was absolutely incredible, and the scenery was breathtaking. The highlight? Seventeen wild zebras wandering freely around the property—even joining us at breakfast, close enough for photos! It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The staff were fantastic—so friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which really made the stay even more special. We were genuinely sad it was only for one night—it’s the perfect getaway, and we were very jealous of those staying longer. We would absolutely come back again without hesitation."

"Stayed in one of the self catering cottages with great views of the beach from the property. Great amenities with everything you would need if you wanted to stay in and cook. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. St. Francis was a lovely place to visit. "

"Failry simple from the outside but bedrooms were large and very nice. There's not a lot to do in Jeffrey's Bay if you're not a surfer but it was fine for one night. The staff kindly sent my husband's phone to our next destination when he left it behind in our room. "

"What made our stay was Mercia - she was charming, calm & warm. Although the new owner is upgrading we had issues with our coffee making facilities in our room which we understand is in hand. Glorious breakfast,and couple of hours by the pool. We will for sure go back! 💯 "
