"The good: one of the most comfortable beds I have stayed at anywhere, including nice hotels. I think they are using a foam mattress topper. The bed itself felt updated and was nice. The bedding was fine, slightly nicer than your typical motel.
The room had basic amenities, with a few nicer things such as a mini fridge with a freezer, and a handy bathroom shelf. Didn’t try the TV. The AC worked well, although it did have a red filter light on and the filter looked like it needed to be replaced a while ago.
The bathroom shower needed work. It was partially broken. The handle freespun rather than turning to adjust the temperature. I got it to work, but it wasn’t easy. Additionally the water still came out the tub spout, no way to make it just a shower, although the water pressure was still adequate.
Now the downside, and it’s a big one: the room was not well cleaned. The floor had obviously not been vacuumed or had any attention at all. There were tags that were on the floor, used soap, shampoo, hair, and grime in the shower, and someone else’s food in the fridge. It didn’t even look like they tried to clean it. The sheets didn’t have an odor, so I am just going to hope they were changed, but it certainly leaves one to wonder.
I would stay there again for the comfy bed and good value for amenities, but I wouldn’t blame someone for choosing not to without resolving the cleaning and maintenance issues."
