"The room was just ok. Very small, cheap amenities and the first night there was a very bad smell in the bathroom— sewage smell. Talk with the front desk the following morning and it was corrected Carpets in the hallway and elevator are in deep need of a good cleaning. That doesn’t give a good image. The staff was very attentive and responsive. Very good staff. "

"Room and staff excellent except noise of water pipes surging in Room 202. Could not sleep until it stopped at 11 p.m. but then it started again - a loud surging noise every minute - at 6 a.m. so woke us up. Would not go back again. Manager said it affected 'all rooms' and it required a long-term fix. Said he 'was working on it' (a small compensation gesture?) but nothing happened. Lovely pool but only get 8 people around it."
