"The lobby was very dirty, and when I got to the room, it was filthy, and there were bugs—like bedbugs—crawling on the bed. When I spoke to the person at the front desk, they told me it was the only room available and that if I wanted to stay, that was the room available, and that if I left, they wouldn't refund my money, because I was the one who didn't want to stay."

"Staff was just okay. Not super welcoming. The hotel is older and just not kept up well. The lobby and restaurant were nice enough but the room wasn’t up to Double Tree standards. My door wouldn’t seal closed, my bathroom door wouldn’t even close shut all the way it was too big for the door frame, there was mold on the ceiling and the pillows smelled moldy. I left a day early because I didn’t want to stay another night."

"This felt like home. Cozy staff, friendly like aunts and cousins, no push back on pick up or drop off times OR places within 5 miles! Phenomenal. My number one choice for convenience. Breakfast had variety especially since Denny’s is practically several steps away or you could just eat in house."

"The attendant was pleasant but I was extremely disappointed because I had to wait 2 hours to check in because the room I requested had to be cleaned and inspected.. also the lobby was extremely hot..no air condition.
During my stay a group of students stayed at the same hotel and made loud noises until 2 am. Needless to say I barely got any rest.
I was very disappointed and will not stay at this hotel again."
