Be prepared to drive down to the main resort building if your villa is on the other side of the property. "The stay got off to a very poor start. The advertisement instructed guests to contact the property to receive a door access code. When I called in the afternoon, the property manager was extremely rude. Even after I explained the reason for my call, I was repeatedly questioned as if I didn’t understand the instructions.
