"We had a great time! we had a great view of the ocean and pool. The pool was warm, and hot tub was spacious. Convenient location across from the beach, restaurants and shopping. "

"I put a reservation for my son called ahead of time to see how much of a deposit he needed. The lady Mia told me if I book the reservation with a credit card. He only had to pay $100 in cash when he arrived. She said she needed $300 in cash although he did not have 300. He only had 100. Expedia was so kind and called the property to try to cancel the reservation as I made the reservation within 15 minutes of his arrival the hotel would do nothing to help the situation. He had stayed there before and never had any issues so therefore I called the bank and stop payment on the account do the fact she misled me when I booked the reservation so their customer service is horrible. Their manager backed her up and said he would not return my money so now they’re gonna have to fight for it. I understand there’s misunderstanding, but I also ran hotels for 35 years owned and operated for restaurants never in the world would I ever have treated a return guest the way I was treated by this hotel I had my credit card on file if there were any thing that needed to be charged ."

"The beach view is unobstructed from the shared deck, which is very accommodating with tables and chairs. The parking was easy and safe and everything is walking distance..it’s perfect for that."

"Everything was great. Staff is super hospitable from start to finish. I wish I knew more about all of the extras that come with staying there. No ones fault but my own. (typical guy don’t read the directions.) we ate dinner and breakfast at the Hideaway. Food was delicious and service spectacular. Will be staying there exclusively when in HB. "
