"I was grateful that my gluten intolerance was accommodated and I had a very nice breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful. It was very useful that the rooms are ready to check in at 2pm because I have ME and need to rest in the afternoons. "

"It was a very nice stay with an excellent couple. Warm welcomed. A very nice big dog was also present to welcome. I had to say hello to the dog as he was so friendly. Very cooperative host. Family environment. Residence is upstairs like three rooms and bathroom outside the rooms. Mostly quiet. Nice and clean and a proper communication with the host throughout my stay. I was invited warmly to have breakfast but had no time. Will miss this stay."

"Crossways is a gem of a hotel with wonderful views of Glastonbury Tor and the surrounding countryside. The beds are comfortable and Internet access is very good. Everywhere is very clean and the staff are generally very good. There was just one morning when the staff lost track of who still needed to order their breakfasts. Talking of tracks the road to the hotel from Pilton is single track but it is worth the care needed to get there."
