Inexpensive accommodations

The room was acceptable. I did see a few bugs and the carpet needs a deep cleaning or outright replacement.

Old and unkept ( like the rest of us )

It's not fancy by any means. It's old and a tad unkept. Needs maintenance , however the staff have been very nice , it seems quiet for the most part. And it's not expensive. If you are looking for a budget extended stay type hotel , this is for you , if you require luxury accommodations your at the wrong place.

The room was average beds did not have fitted sheets toilet ran all night tub was so bad i waited till i got home to get a shower also had a rat hole in the base board of the wall

The person on the counter was rude, the sheets were dirty, there was paraphilia on top of the tv and around the table, no water and the place overall was dirty and noisy. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF SLEEPING IN YOUR CAR.

Avoid until they renovate.

Lumpy bed, tv broken, shower only cold water. Mngmt was spotty, gave only lip service to help make stay better. Didn't even stay the second night booked.

Hotels.com please remove this place from your listing. The add is completely false. No pool, no restaurant, no breakfast. It only gets worse from there.

Fine for the Price

Fine for the price. You can't expect bed in breakfast for $70 total per night. Staff is friendly and helpful. Our laundry was stolen out of the dryer so we have nothing to wear. The wifi sucks. But other than being naked and wifi in and out, it could be worse.

Pool was not been functing for 3 years, holes in walls and doors. Couch had many holes with stuffing coming out. I think you should remove this propert from your listing...it is not worthy of your website.

King's Inn Huntsville, Alabama

I stayed in room 129. The room was billed as non-smoking, but the room reeked of smoke. I found an old cigarette butt next to the bathtub. Their were burn holes in the bed cover. The sheets and pillow cases were clean. The floor was filthy. Not only dirty but filth on the top of the rug. Debris including a can beneath the chest in the room.

Cool air button missing on vent, was told TV doesn't work, kind of dirty/slimy floor The man who checked me in was kind and respectful, same with the woman who checked me out. Breakfast wasn't there without request. Room key repeatedly didn't work and had to get two new ones to get into my room originally and after "breakfast"

Carpet was never vacuumed, tile never swept or mopped, bath towels barely larger than a hand towel, television had a lousy picture, no hangers provided for "closet," pool wasn't cleaned and available for use, overhead lights near "picnic area" not working, ice machines broken, "breakfast" of coffee and the pots were empty by 9:00 A.M.
