We had to open a case with hotels.com to initiate a refund. Hotel even tried to lie and claimed we did not show up for our reservation. Will never stay there again."

"The house was not well kept and there were cleanliness and maintenance issues. When I stripped the bed the stains were disgusting. The owner lives in the house and you can hear his tv and you can hear him coughing. It was so odd and unsettling. The house has potential but need a major overhaul."
