"would like to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to the entire team at Mövenpick Hotel for making our recent holiday in Tasmania such a memorable and enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived until our departure, we were consistently impressed by the exceptional standard of service provided throughout the hotel. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, courteous, well-presented, and genuinely committed to ensuring that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. No request was ever too much trouble, and every interaction was handled with warmth, efficiency, and genuine care. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all members of your organisation, including management, front desk staff, valet attendants, the kitchen and culinary teams, waitstaff, and house keeping. Each department contributed significantly to creating a welcoming and seamless experience, and their collective efforts did not go unnoticed. It is clear that Mövenpick Hotel is an exceptionally well-managed and professionally operated establishment. The dedication, teamwork, and attention to detail demonstrated by your staff were evident throughout our stay. "I had a car during this trip and it's my assumption that's pretty standard for people traveling to Tazmania so I don't know how the locatoin would be if you were relying on public transport, but it was pretty great otherwise. There was a really nice walk to the Woolworths and it seemed a short drive to the river front (unfortunately didn't have a chance to find out). Property was nice and they had a small kids room attached to the restaurant. Nothing to go out of your way to see or anything, but a nice bonus when you had kids and weren't expecting it. The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing as it's two sets of rooms, one with outside doors and another with inside doors. I didn't realize there was a door between the two at first and was making a bit of a dodgy walk between my room and the laundry until I did. I might have missed a map in my room, but would have been nice if there was a bit better signage for that."

"I’ve stayed at Bay View Villas two years in row now, if I ever get back to Hobart I’ll definitely stay there again , it is so peaceful .. and we had a little wallaby visit us.. the whole experience was good , they provide everything you need , I highly recommend Bay view Villas"
