"Loved this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic with an outstanding view. Also perfect for cocktails. Rooms are alittle small and the shower would be hard to navigate if you mobility issues. Heated floors were a bonus. "

"This hotel was perfectly situated for all that we needed in Reykjavík. The fact that there is a bakery, a bar and restaurant connected to the hotel made for an exceptional experience. We also lucked into a night of jazz for free during our stay. Small things like the free chocolates and excellent coffee machines throughout the hotel as well as the beautifully appointed conference rooms and lounge areas just added to the experience. We highly recommend to any and all. The Executor is Excelsior."

The location was also fantastic — perfectly situated for exploring Reykjavík while still feeling comfortable and relaxing. "Overall lovely stay. Only complaint is that the heating in the room was set to max before we arrived and it was impossible to then cool it down to a comfortable temperature in order to sleep!!"

"The rooms were clean but the bathroom was small. We didn't add breakfast as the price was too high. Small bar, but no one usually there. They don't clean the room unless you ask. Rooms were sometimes warm so we opened the window. Good location... easy to get everywhere in the center."
