The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a very convenient location for exploring Hanoi. A special thank you to “Superwoman Rose” for her exceptional kindness, care, and support. She truly made my stay more comfortable and memorable. I really appreciated the warm hospitality and attentive service. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi."

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Splendid. The location is very convenient, especially being so close to the lake, which made it easy to enjoy the surrounding area. The breakfast buffet offered a great selection and was a lovely way to start the day. What stood out most was the friendly and attentive staff. They were always willing to help and took the time to welcome us, guide us, and offer useful advice as first-time visitors to the area. Their warmth and helpfulness made us feel very comfortable and made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily stay here again."

C'est un hôtel agréable et propre, et toutes les personnes que nous avons rencontrées étaient très sympathiques."

"Had such a great stay here! The lobby and glass elevators are beautiful, guest rooms are spacious and in great condition, and the rooftop pool + bar has incredible views of Hanoi - and live music on the rooftop was such a great experience. The breakfast was also delicious, and the hotel’s car service to the airport was very reasonably priced and more seamless than taking a Grab. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The professional staff from the Lobby, the hospitality staff, the body treatment services to the rooftop bar. You were welcomed every time you entered the building and you could see that greetings were genuine and the staff cared for every customer. The morning breakfasts were of a very high standard and the staff were amazing. Nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Our stay was excellent, thank you and keep up the standard."
