"I enjoyed my stay at Adriana Hvar Spa Hotel overall. The waterfront location right by Hvar’s harbor/port was extremely convenient, especially when arriving and departing by ferry. The hotel transported my luggage from the ferry port to the hotel when I arrived and back to the port when I left for Split, which I really appreciated.
My main issue was the noise in my original room. There was frequent loud banging and what sounded like furniture constantly being dragged above me. I messaged the hotel about it the first evening but didn’t receive a response and had to follow up the next day. Once they responded, they sent someone to investigate and arranged to move me to another sea-view room on the floor below. The second room was somewhat better. They also made the room change easy by holding my luggage while I went on my tour and moving it into the new room for me.
I also appreciated that Adriana was the only hotel during my trip that provided face-sized washcloths—a small detail, but one I noticed and appreciated.
Overall, the excellent location, luggage service and accommodating room change were highlights, although the noise and initial lack of response were disappointing."
