I highly recommend staying at this hotel! Extremely friendly staff eagerly answers questions about the area. Super comfy beds, clean rooms, variety for continental breakfast, 2 clean pools and good parking!

We booked a one night stay in early June 2024. Two adults ( on elderly) and a young teen. The pool and jacuzzi are excellent. The outside pool hasn’t opened yet but looked great too. The location for downtown Hyannis can’t be beat. Everything is in immediate walking distance. The breakfast was much more opulent that I expected. The front desk staff was really really friendly and helpful !

The location is everything as it is 1 street over from main street. The room was a nice size with 2 double beds and was clean with a large private balcony overlooking the street. The room had a mini fridge, a TV with limited cable, a telephone, great air conditioning and lighting. The bathroom was small with a very small and low toilet, low water pressure and a very small shower head, but the water temperature was good. Also limited counter space. The beds were very uncomfortable , uneven And stiff with thin flimsy pillows. We stayed for a week and did not have housekeeping come in, but of their own accord they left a bag of towels, toilet paper and toiletries everyday outside the door. Breakfast was edible with mostly bread and pastry options with also yogurts and cereals and of course orange juice, milk and coffee. It was in the inside pool area with plenty of seating areas. However, there were no meat options and it was the exact same things everyday. Lots of parking outside, we never had an issue. So many things within walkable distance And safe and quiet. The 2 older male employees we countered were both friendly and willing To advise you on the area. We asked for our room on the 3rd floor and got it which we appreciate it. There are no elevators. There is an ice machine in the lobby but the drinks and vending machines did not work while we were there. We liked our stay so much we actually extended it for 2 more days. The outside pool was not open until our last day.

The location is excellent. Just a very short walk from the Main St. and harbor where you can enjoy dining options, shopping, and sightseeing. The staff are amazing and Cliff made us feel very welcome and right at home. Highly recommend when staying on the Cape.
