" Disappointing Experience at Hampton Inn, Monroeville. PA We recentlv staved at the Hampton Inn in Monroeville, PA, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. The primary reason for our disappointment was the state of the pool. It was gross and murky resembling a swamp rather than a refreshing swimming area. To make matters worse, there was no staff attending to the pool throughout our entire stav, which made it feel neglected and unsafe. The advertised amenities are enticing, but they fell flat in reality. When paying a premium for a hotel, $750.00 quests expect a clean, well- maintained pool to enjoy. Instead, we were met with a lackluster facilitv that did not meet the standards one would anticipate from Hamptor Inn.. For a place that markets itself on its amenities it's disappointing to see such a crucial feature so poorly maintained. I would think twice before choosing this location. If the pool is an amenity you look forward to"

"This property at red roof Inn plus was one of the filthiest properties I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms were disgusting. There was actually feces in my bed that they guy had to come change my sheets. The faucet was falling off. The walls was filthy. I have a video. I don’t know if I can post it here but if it gives me the option, I’m going to would definitely not recommend anybody staying here. It’s disgusting."

"This was an awful stay. The front desk staff were friendly, but that was the only good thing about the place. It’s an old building and reasonably priced so I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, but this place was in very rough shape. There was a hole in the ceiling of the bathroom above the shower, mold, the tub had standing water in it when we arrived. The water had very little pressure and had two options, all hot or all cold. The rest of the room was in slightly better shape but everything was old and falling apart. The walkways and lobby reeked of industrial cleaner, which was surprising considering how dirty the whole place was. "

"The whole experience was good property and the front desk overall good experience Only problem we had at breakfast one of the staff was too rude even though no one touch the food with bare hands used the thong but she spoke very rudely arguing even though we explained but no use That wasn’t the pleasant experience before the checkout this breakfast staff need to be notified Hope they fix the problem for future guests "

"Stayed there for the NFL draft. Tv reception was horrible couldn’t watch it. Toilet seat was old stained peeling should have been changed years ago. Front desk staff was very nice. Don’t think I would stay there again"
