We went to London to visit the winter wonderland. The queue to get in was horrendous and inside it was so packed you could barely move. We then spent ages trying to get out again. Glad I didnt pay to get in. Overall very disappointing.
Play area was absolutely amazing. We (my 7 year old and I) returned several times.
Rooms on the high floors gain more light.
If you go to Proms in the Park take a chair, it is a long day. You can take a bottle of champagne or sparkling wine in or 4 cans of cider or beer per person. There is plenty of room, facilities and food & drink despite there being lots of people. Well run.
We were at Proms in the park so the location of the hotel was perfect
