"There are zero redeeming qualities about this hotel. The shower consisted of a bucket, the bed was on an old metal box spring and the mattress felt like it came from a fold out couch. All of that was forgivable and Ina way quaint and a fun little story for friends. however, the dozens of aggressive mosquitos in the room were the last straw. "

"The property is full of mould in floor, walls, bathrooms, cupboards and especially the Fridges. Full of insects and mosquitoes. "

"Property is ok but needs maintenance, lobby should bigger if not then should have empty seats for customers. I saw all employees sitting and busy with their cell phones watching videos and customers just standing. Too old towels were provided, change to new once. It was very bad. "

"I had a terrible experience with the hotel and Expedia team. The hotel staff denied my check-in because the management had changed. I waited around two hours for an alternate hotel, but no solution was provided by expedia. In the end, I had to book a hotel on my own. "

"It was a pretty depressing room with torn blanket and used soaps and toiletries in the toilet. Dirty sheets in the closets. Although I had 2 nights' reservation, I could not tolerate the though of spending the second night there and moved out after the first night. Not an experience I would ever want to repeat."
