"Staff were all excellent throughout. From the moment of checking in, front desk lady (Lucia) helped us to the room and with luggages. "This was a great place to stay in Madrid. Very central to all areas. The breakfast was really nice as well. We ended up briefly mentioning this was our honeymoon when we checked in. On the 4th night, we got a nice bottle of sparkling wine and a card in our room. That was a nice surprise. Ruben and the other staff were very nice. Would definetly stay again."
