"Fue nuestra primera vez en el hotel y nos sorprendió mucho. Las habitaciones cómodas. Lo que nos encantó fueron las 3 piscinas. Creemos que pueden mejorar el espacio para niños y el trato del personal debería ser más amable y empatico. El spa estuvo muy bueno,aunque las instalaciones también necesitan un poquito mas de mantenimiento. Volveremos porque nos gustó mucho."

"Our stay in Huacachina was good overall. The room was comfortable, and the hotel staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The restaurant offered a varied menu, and the food was very good. I definitely recommend eating there during your stay. The restaurant's music was quite loud at times, so this may not be the best place for travelers seeking a quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Some of the furniture on the first floor could also use an update. Other than that, everything was very good, and we enjoyed our stay."
