"Terrible trip, we arrived at 11:00 and they wouldn't let us use the pool or eat, they said we would have to wait until 1:30 or pay $30 per person, same with check out, if we wanted to use facilities after 12:00 we had to pay $30 per person. Pools were very dirty, waiters at restaurant and drink service were rude and didn't really serve us. If you go to the bar they ignore you and only help the waiters.
