"Hotel is well placed in centre of Kings Lynn and although there is no on site parking there is plenty available nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Room although basic was fine and we would happily stay at the property again but in a different room. The King Suite where we stayed was directly over the kitchen which in itself wasn’t a problem - the problem was the constant beat from the chefs music which boomed in the room from 9.15am when they presumably started work until the kitchen closed at around 9.15pm!!"

"We recently stayed at the Three Kings for 2 nights, having stayed there before. The room contained a very comfortable and large bed, with an adequate TV, coffee machine, kettle, coffee/tea, hairdryer, hanging space, and a fold up suitcase stand. The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel, and the shower itself was very good. The property has a restaurant and bar attached, where we had a very good dinner on the first night. This is where breakfast was served which, on the first morning, was exceptional. Unfortunately, on the second morning, some items not required were served and other items were missing and/or cold. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, and helped to make our stay enjoyable, thank you! We look forward to visiting again, and we would certainly recommend the Three Kings."

"We were pleasantly surprised that after seeing a few so-so reviews, that was not our experience at all - we had a great stay! The house and gardens are beautiful and while you'd expect a little wear and tear of a property that age, it was very impressive and looked after. We had one of the lodges at the side of the garden and really liked the little terrace outside our door that looked over the garden. The room couldn't be faulted, a very comfortable bed, lots of space and the bathroom was well equiped and spacious. Everything was clean and well maintained and the rainhead shower was strong and refreshing. We didn't see many staff, but the ones we did see were polite and helpful. There was a lot of choice at breakfast and I had the full vegetarian option - excellent scrambld eggs in particular. Overnight, strings of lights lit the garden and it was lovely to sit on the chairs they provided on our little terrace. We've reason to visit the area regularly now and we will try to stay there again."

"Best room we have ever stayed in at a Best Western Hotel - bathroom with bath and walk in shower. Good size room pleasantly decorated - comfortable bed. Had evening meal in restaurant and breakfast - food well cooked, Free parking and location of hotel perfect."
