From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the level of service, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality was simply outstanding. We stayed in The Retreat, in a beautiful One-Bedroom Suite with Ocean View, and the entire experience was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed so warmly and professionally by the staff. We were transported by car to the private check-in area, where we were offered refreshing drinks and made to feel incredibly special. "The apartments are huge with large fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle and toaster all in excellent condition. We had a three bedroom apartment which had so much space and storage. Balcony looking out over the sea had 6 sunbeds and table and chairs for 8 with still loads of space! Entertainment team of Emma, Nicola and Dianna helped make the holiday with their fun and enthusiasm. Large resort so does mean some rooms are quite a bit from the pool but the views are worth it. Friendly helpful staff on reception also."

"This is a beautiful hotel that I could not fault. Gardens are beautifully maintained and so peaceful. Staff without question are helpful, courteous and really warm but remaining professional. Breakfast is exceptional. Pool area so peaceful and always lots of beds free. We stayed bed and breakfast and ate at the hotel once and choice and quality of buffet was also exceptional. Would highly recommend."
