Clean pool area the gentleman at the front desk was awesome and very kind! Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast but very good! Room was clean however shower was dirty and leaking but other than that it was good!

The front desk staff were great. The room left a bit to be desired. There were empty cans under one of the beds in our first room. The staff put us into another room. The pool was cold. Not much variety in the breakfast.

We have stayed here before. Didn’t like the sliding barn door on the bathroom. No door stop, always a gap, and no kind of hold from the inside of the door to open it. Room wasnt cleaned 2nd day. This a nice, clean facility close to downtown. Pretty sure staff shortage was affecting service. Hot breakfast options. Will stay there again.

At least the bed was comfy.

Our 1st room was not clean as I would have preferred it, so we were given a different room. That one had issues as well, but we just lived with it. Bed was very comfortable and we had a good sleep.

There were only 3 towels in the room for 4 people. Also the breakfast bar was a little lacking - cereal area only had 1 cereal bin stocked, and when the yogurt bowl was empty they didn’t refill it. But what food was there was very good!

Beautiful views. The shower had mold soap scum that came off with a wipe of a washcloth. No conditioner in the shower. The bed was clean and comfortable. Overall for the price it was decent. They have a sticker on the mirror saying they clean to hospital grade standards. The outside property had trash on the ground, But trash cans were over flowing. The entrance into the building was beautiful and clean. It seemed like breakfast was being taken down by 7:30 am. However i didn’t see the hours breakfast was served.

The room and bed was clean. They’re making updates to the property but it hasn’t been done well (grout job on tile was horrible and smeared and dried, new flooring you can see the bumps and crack underneath it). Weird old smells in the hallways but like I said the room was clean and didn’t smell. Nice employees and desk people. Pool area was clean, hot tub wasn’t hot it was barely warm.

This hotel is under renovation and not ready for guests. The floors were sticky. There was no soap or bath mats. Some rooms didn’t have fridge. Laundry room was very dirty. Ice machines were not working. Despite remodel, shower had not been updated. New bed was comfortable.
